Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Affordable Tech Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all original contents.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Please contact us at support@affordabletechshop.com with your order number to request a return.
2. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
